Hartleigh Monroe kindly requires a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. We understand that unforeseen things happen. We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice when cancelling your appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a $50 charge for the service you were booked for. We will waive your first cancellation if the appointment is rebooked at time of cancellation.
If you are a no-show to an appointment, you will be charged 50% for the service missed. A no-show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment. This policy is strictly enforced.

- We do not under any circumstances give refunds for services rendered.

Product Return & Exchange
- In the event that you are unhappy with your product purchase, we allow up to 14 days for a product exchange ONLY.
You are welcome to use our lot in the back of our building. We also invite you to use the public parking lot located directly across the street right next to the Pittsford Library.
